Wesley's house is absolutely incredible. I've stayed in a ton of Airbnbs, but this one might be the most amazing one. The apartment is part of a historic mansion that's... read more in amazing condition. It's on a street that is uniformly historic - it feels a little Parisienne!
A few things to know before you reserve: the windows are single pane. We stayed in the spring, when it was a little cold, so it the inside of the house was cold. We didn't mind too much - it is a very old house, with many quirks - but something to consider. Be prepared to be actively involved in controlling the climate (closing the shutters to retain coolness in the afternoons in the summer, etc)
Check-in was in person and was time-specific. We missed the check-in by over an hour due to traffic, which created feelings of stress for our group. Wesley was very friendly upon checking us in and his explainers about the space were very helpful, but if not planned for correctly it can feel constraining.Alma
